Jaimie, the office manager with a knack for making everyone smile! Originally from Syracuse, NY, but having grown up in the charming city of Charlotte, NC, Jaimie brings a unique blend of Northern charm and Southern hospitality to her role.
Jaimie's journey in the dental field began in 2011 when she dove headfirst into dentistry as an assistant. In 2014, she began her dental journey with the incredible Dr. Joubert, and since then, they have been an unstoppable team, ensuring their patients' smiles are as bright as can be. She's not just a dental whiz; she's also a certified phlebotomist!
In her spare time, Jaimie loves nothing more than watching her girls, Aubrey And London, excel on the softball field. She also has a passion for photography. When she's not busy managing the office or enjoying quality time with her family, you'll often find her with a camera in hand, ready to freeze-frame the beauty of the world.

Dental Hygienist,
Olena Yemtchuk, RDH, ICP, MS graduated from Bergen Community College in NJ and built her career practicing dental hygiene in both New Jersey and New York before relocating to North Carolina in 2019. Olena is a certified Implant Care Practitioner and holds the distinction of being one of the first hygienists in North Carolina state to administer local anesthesia.
Olena's true passion lies in enhancing the well-being of her patients. As a devoted mother to two daughters and a loving wife, she brings warmth and compassion to both her personal and professional life.
Beyond dentistry, Olena finds solace in the beauty of nature through her love for hiking and cherishes moments spent by the beach. She is a well-rounded and caring individual, dedicated to making a positive impact both in and out of the dental clinic.

Dental Assistant
Sam, the Leader of the Dental Assistant Team, a cornerstone of our practice since 2017.
Sam's unwavering commitment lies in remaining at the vanguard of dental advancements to guarantee the utmost level of care for our patients. His primary dedication centers on patient comfort, taking the time to thoroughly address questions and provide comprehensive explanations to ensure absolute clarity.

Dental Technician
Suzie Joubert is a distinguished professional who serves as the Director of Operations and Laboratory Specialist at Arboretum Dentistry. Demonstrating an unwavering dedication to upholding the highest standards of patient care, Suzie works in close collaboration with Dr. Joubert to ensure the complete satisfaction of all patients. Her exceptional creativity and talent become evident as she applies them to bring joy to even the most challenging patient cases.
Beyond her demanding career, Suzie cherishes the precious moments spent with her beloved son and devoted husband. Her deep-seated enthusiasm for exploration finds expression in her love for travel, with a particular affection for immersing herself in the serene beauty of mountain landscapes.

Mabel Guerra, is a seasoned dental office assistant whose journey with Arboretum Dentistry started back in 2016. Possessing fluency in both English and Spanish, Mabel serves as a vital link in facilitating effective communication within the office environment. Her role extends beyond administrative duties as she takes pride in ensuring that the office remains a haven of neatness and organization.
One of the distinctive features that sets Mabel apart is her innate artistic flair, which finds expression through captivating artwork adorning the office walls.
